I-9 Compliance & E-Verify

An I-9 audit finds problems before ICE does. This is scoped, deliverable-driven work — not an open-ended engagement.

Request an I-9 audit scope

What This Covers

  • I-9 audits — full-form review against current USCIS requirements, error classification (technical vs. substantive), and a corrective action plan.
  • E-Verify remediation — resolving Tentative Nonconfirmations and case-status discrepancies, and correcting enrollment issues before they become findings.
  • HR training — a session for the people who actually complete I-9s, covering acceptable documents, remote hire verification, and reverification timing.
  • ICE tabletop exercise — a walkthrough of what happens on inspection day: who is notified, who responds, what gets produced, and on what timeline.
  • Notice of Inspection / subpoena response — representation once ICE has actually issued a NOI or subpoena, including the compliant production of records within the response window.

Engagement

Audits and training are quoted as a flat fee once we know headcount and the number of I-9s in scope. NOI and subpoena response is time-sensitive advisory work, billed hourly, and starts with a same-day call.
